Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check-out should be done by 10:00 a.m., leaving the keys on the kitchen table and notifying the front desk of your departure.
Different times must be arranged in advance by notifying your departure. After 8 p.m. there is a surcharge of €20.

You can pay by credit card or wire transfer.
A deposit of 100€ is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation is free of charge within 7 days from the date of stay. Beyond this date, the 100€ fee paid as a deposit will be withheld.

Cleaning fees are included in the cost of the flat. Should the final cleaning require reinforced intervention an additional sum of 50€ will be charged. For multi-week stays, extra cleaning with linen change can be done upon request at a cost of 120€.

The rental price does not include tourist tax, of €1.50 per person (12 years and older)/night, to be paid upon arrival.

In addition to this, one beach towel per person will be provided for residences with a pool.

– Pets are not allowed in the flats.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the flats.
– Gatherings and parties are not allowed.
– Respect for quiet times and neighbourhoods is required.
– People are asked to follow the rules of recycling collection and use the appropriate bins in the designated area.
– Guests are expected to abide by local laws and regulations.
– Guests are responsible for the proper use of the facility and all its accessories; any damages must be reported and, if deemed necessary, reimbursed by deposit.
